Have A Broken Tool? Is It still within its Warranty Period(*)? Send it to us and well take care of all the RMA paperwork for you, and ship it back to you at no additional cost.
Upon Purchase we will contact you within one business day to verify which tool we will be providing RMA services for, we will require
Serial Number (if applicable)
Pictures of the tool being sent in
* Manufacturer warranty’s do not cover:
attempted repairs that are not made by authorized repair centers
misuse
alterations
abuse
normal wear and tear (dulling of finishes, fading color, worn down grips…etc etc.)
lack of maintenance
accidents
Service is available only in the 48 contiguous United States
* Customer is responsible for getting their tool to us and providing a tracking number with in a timely manner (2-Weeks) after that period expires a refund of the warranty service will be issued.
Although highly unlikely, some warranty processes can take up to 4 weeks depending on manufacturer
Any tool not matching the description or pictures of what was agreed upon will be returned without repairs and without refund.
Please do not attempt to send out of warranty tools, the items will be sent back, un-repaired and with no refund
Voided Warranty’s or Items not covered by warranty will be handled on a case by case basis.
